Single head heating tube is composed of metal tube, spiral resistance wire and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, with good thermal conductivity and insulation. It is suitable for heating air, oil, water, chemical medium, hot pressing mould, molten salt, alkali and low melting point alloy. It has the features of high thermal efficiency, long service life, high mechanical strength, easy installation, safety and reliability.


 


The single-head heat pipe can be processed into U-shape, wavy, spiral, straight rod and other shapes according to the needs. The cross-section of components can be divided into round, oval, rectangular, triangular and other categories.


 


Single-ended heating pipe is divided into single-ended or double-ended connection, each end has 1~3 rods.


 


Heating tube three-phase connection method:In a 380-volt, three-phase, four-wire circuit, the voltage between any two fire wires is 380 volts, and the voltage between any one of the fire wires and the zero line can be formed 220 volts. This system can form a single-phase 220V power supply, single-phase 380V power supply and three-phase 380V power supply three kinds of power supply, which is used in many families.


 


The third type of factory uses a lot of motors and the second type uses few motors. Only AC welders often use single-phase 380V power supply.


 


Types of heater:Mica heating coil series, cast copper heater series, spring heating coil series, flange heater series, temperature control heater series, tube heater series, corrosion-resistant heater series, ceramic heater series.


 


Usage of heater:SRY2 and SRY3 tubular heaters are used to heat oil in open or closed tanks.SRY4 tubular heaters are used to heat flowing or circulating oil.
